For active leaks we run a 24/7 storm line and aim for same-day make-safe across metro Sydney — usually within a few hours during storm events.
Can you find a leak that other roofers couldn't?
Usually, yes. Water travels — the drip is rarely under the hole. We trace from entry point down, with photos, before quoting the fix.

Most homes take 4–7 working days weather permitting. Your roof is never left open overnight.

Is restoration just cosmetic?
No — rebedding and repointing is structural work on the ridge line. The paint is the visible part; the pointing is the reason it stops leaking.

The 10-year guarantee, in plain English
If our workmanship fails within 10years — a ridge cap we bedded, a flashing we fitted, a valley we laid — we come back and fix it free. Not pro-rata, not “labour only”, no arguing about what counts. It's lodged in writing with your final invoice.
